Little Bright Sparks caters for eighteen children. The staffing ratio in this room
is 1:8

In order for your child to feel nurtured and valued a key person is allocated. Having a familiar face and building a special relationship with their key person will give your child continuity. It will also help your child settle.

In Little Bright Sparks the children are working under the guidance for the foundation stage of the national curriculum. All our activities cover the six areas of learning and an example of activities on offer:

Sound, Taste and Smell Activities. Bubble Blowing. Fibre Optic Displays. Dressing Up. Musical Interaction. Singing & Dancing. Story Time. Sand Play. Water Play. Painting & Mark Making. Walks. Outdoor Play. Nursery Outings (with your permission). Library Visits (with your permission). Annual Concerts. I.T. Skills.

A daily activity board is placed outside your room, which will hold regular newsletters. Our policies and procedures are placed in the hallway by Baby Two (Tiny Tots)
